Brief

This system tracks ownership on digital multimedia content and facilitates clearance among labels, publishers and media providers. It has been deployed by one of the biggest content distributors in Europe, trading with all major labels in the world. Media encoding is performed with either Microsoft DRM or a proprietary algorithm provided by the customer.

Architecture

The system consists of a thick Java client communicating via TCP/IP with the Java process running on the server and using either Oracle or SQL Server as DBMS.
