Brief

This application provides support for the semi-automated process of collecting Internet Community opinions on products, expressed in messages posted in Internet forums, centralized processing of collected data, analysis and monitoring aggregated community opinion.

Architecture

The system provides ability to define the area of interest and spread the workload between operators collecting information from Internet forums. System provides ability of running several search projects and processing feedbacks when initial definition of the interest area requires correction. The system uses Firefox extensions for easy and quick data entering and data delivering to the centralized data storage for further analysis and monitoring.
