DirSync is a personnel management system that allows companies to more easily design and manage a hierarchy of roles between managers and their personnel. DirSync was developed as a solution to better enable manager to employee message surveillance but is adaptable to any situation that requires role based hierarchy management.

The DirSync operates as a web based personnel list management system running on a Microsoft IIS server and maintains its data in a Microsoft SQL database. It can be fed data from as many personnel databases as required.
